Manciat-Poncet Cremant de Bourgogne is produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle, this results in an amazing sparkling wine, that certainly gives Champagne a run for its money. This French non-vintage sparkling wine is made in Burgundy and therefore called Crémant de Bourgogne. It's made from a beautiful blend of 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay and 20% Aligote, a traditional Burgundian white grape.
"The dry, sparkling non-vintage Cremant de Bourgogne offers up notes of orange blossoms, tangerine oil and lemon rind. Fresh, lively, medium-bodied, penetrating and long, this is a sensational value in sparkling wine. 91 Points." (Robert M Parker Jr, eRobertparker.com, Dec 2020)
